Oasis Carnival are a voluntary organisation based in Frome, Somerset. Primarily Oasis concerns itself with building and creating a carnival float each year for entry into the various Carnivals in the South West of England. In addition, Oasis provide various event stewarding services to events such as the Glastonbury Festival and Dorset Steam Fair.
We were tasked with the job of reimagining the company. Their old site, which was also designed and created by ourselves, was overdue a redesign, so they choose to take advantage of our web development services to create a content management system for themselves to update their own content as and when they require. This included an event handling system, a latest news section, a members section, a services section and a cross referencing entries (carnival float) section.
